NCsoft launcher failing to launch.
Now,this isn’t a problem of aion itself,but the launcher instead. Aion needs to be updated,one problem – the launcher doesn’t work. Basicly,when I double click it,nothing happens. It starts up in processes,and then dissapears.
If you have any ideas,please post them,it isn’t very much fun when you buy a game and cannot play it.

I have the same fuckign problem im so sad T.TT i wanna play aion but i click on the icon and nothing happens wich is unfair is this from aion???? or from ncsoft launcher like in the tasks i tryed and it appears ncsoft there but i dont see anything on my screen T.T
i am also having this problem does anyone know whats going on?

Please try the following to resolve crashing issues with the NCsoft Launcher:
1. Please try all of the steps listed in this Knowledge Base article: http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6085
2. Once done, please uninstall the NCsoft Launcher. (If you have games installed please be sure to not uninstall those games when prompted)
3. Download and install the NCsoft Launcher from here: ftp://ftp.aiononline.com/Launcher/NCsoftLauncherSetupAion.exe
If the issue persists or you have any other questions please let us know.
