Aion Stuff

I bought a G13 Logitech Game pad when the game came out and I’ve tried to get to work several times but for some reason it never seems to work. I create an aion profile and then go to assign keys to match whats on my action bar and for some reason it completly ignores what i assigned. I’ve read the tutorial and save my profile, nothing seems to work. Its my first time using a game pad so im very noobish at it, if any can help or even have their own profiles i could download, i would greatly appreciate it.
