Best place in Abyss to grind AP ??

I am getting close to 30 and really want to grind out some AP for a nice yellow belt or ring. Is there a good place to grind points in the abyss, raiding has been only giving my 1 ap per kill (most ppl are higher lvl than me in guild.)
