Anyone know where to find this guy? I read one site saying he spawns in (3) different spots. A french site lists all three with spawn times. He wasn’t up at any of the spots at any of the times. A Korean map lists six spots. Checked all 6 at the 3 different times with no luck. Any idea?

the thing is if you look at the pic i had truble finding also but the check on left side of map at bottom looks like its on a big island actuly its on small island up top of that fly alot higher hes up there alot the most i have figered out when people cant find him.
