Training Grounds question

I’ve got a bunch of these training grounds abyss quests but i can’t figure out where i need to go to actually enter the training grounds (from the Elyos side). I did find a portal right near the main Elyos fortress but when i tried to use it it stated i needed a group to enter. Is this the correct place?
