Training grounds and leveling to 29 Importent

Ok, heres my situation.

Was in training grounds, and group leader was aggroing stuff and wiped the raid. Someone said something to him and he booted everyone cause us all to lockout for 17hrs.

I am almost 29 and don’t really wanna call it a night. Will I be hurt if I skip this place other then losing the quests xp and such?
