Aion Stuff

Was wondering if the rumors are true concerning training grounds and being locked out of 40-45 instances if you fail to complete the quests? There has been several posts and several comments both ways, I was wondering if any people who are in the 40-50 level range who did not complete these quests can verify this info?

Also if this is true, is there really any point to continue leveling a character if they miss this area? Or is there some sort of fix coming from NCSoft to fix/change the requirements?
