Are Swiftwing and IJ drops or vendor?
Title says it all basically, I’m curious if Swiftwing and Inescapable Judgement are dropped skillbooks or bought from some vendor other than the trainers I’ve been going to for the past 30 levels. I’ve only seen the books up on the broker; aionarmory shows them as being vendor sold, but doesn’t say what vendors sell them if they are in fact purchasable from vendors.
If they’re drops, any specific mobs/instances, or world?
