I’d like to warn you about ninja looters on Gorgos server! They rolled on my item in Dark Poeta instance. I did tell them I need the item but they ignored me So be aware of them!

Apply to Dredgion but not entering to avoid premades is lame. In my last four Dredgions no gaylos showed up. We still get 5K APs but is not that funny.

3-4 Legions out of Red Mane and you asmo did not even pop out more than 10m from you guards..

Hey there,

10 minutes ago, the servers were shutdown, so I decided to make a thread about what happened 30 min earlier.

Pre-Info:

I have paid Sakhmet 4,5 million kinah, to craft me an Expert Orichalcum Greatsword. That was 3 weeks ago.
He gave me a Noble Surkana as because I wanted to be "safe", it was worth 8,5 million by then. Now the price dropped to 2,5 mil.
He said he would have it ready that very evening, he did not. After a week I couldn’t catch him, I decided to get some info about him. And I found out he had been accused a ninja for several items. Some bells started to ring.

He said he applied for the guild OnibawaN, so I went to see his application form.
It said: Daily activity: 3-12 hours. (Huh? I had been online every evening from 18:00-~23:00) and hadn’t seen him online for an entire WEEK.
It also said: Profession: Weaponsmithing !399p! (He couldn’t even craft me the weapon?)

I sent him an ingame mail, confronting him with these facts, and he mailed back: "I haven’t been online because of my Subscription ending, and moving to another place" (Okay, sounds reasonable). And I have tried the expert quest 18 times and failed 18 times, and I have 6 friends with expert weaponsmithing who can craft Non-Expert Items to Expert Items for me, and that’s what I did (Sounds Reasonable too). I got that mail today.

So, 40 minutes ago: I’m grinding balaurs and I get this whisper from a character named Apocalypte :Hey, wanna purchase some kinah?

I wouldn’t have replied if that name didn’t ring a bell. I started thinking, and what came out was: Apocalypte is Sakhmet’s alt, a sorcerer (it fits), as he said in his OnibawaN application.

I have a screenshots, but as I just made an account for this, I don’t know how to post, it.

If you don’t believe me, please explain me how to post it.

Do you think the Elyos will get 20% DMG buff tonight?

I would say… YES.

Place your bets and share your idea’s on what’s going to happen this evening.

Some of my other thoughts:
- Asmo’s will be busy killing 5 Dredgion ships from the outside, no forts will swap.
- Siel Fortresses won’t come vulnerable the next 2 weeks.
- Taka no Dan will capture Krotan.
- Asmo’s will capture Teminon Landing.
- Asmo’s will organize another role playing event inside of Siel West & East, hoping Dux will start dancing too.

I failed in finishing my topic title and to add a poll before I submitted. But failing is only human. We can still type, polls are boring anyway.

Hmm i think this is stretched and maybe impossible to achive but here is the idea.

As the title say asmodians duel elyos,in a pre-arranged place/time/day people that DO interest to duel will gather and do just that.

Some will say why any rank 1-5 officer should duel a low rank soldier etc.= loosing lots of ap, well for officer ranked players on both sides i was thinking , either we will have a rule that only an officer can duel another officer,(unless the officer himself agrees on the duel) or on this thread we will ask for a duel mentioning our current rank and who we want to duel and the opposite player will answer with a yes or no(accept or not).

One may thing this could lead to a trap, or some that read the forums here will think "that’s a nice way to earn some free ap from those nyerkers" if such thing happens then the faction that this players belong will not help them in any way and let them die"if their numbers are not great" or bash them if possible.

This is for the pure pleasure of a clean duel without the other player running in some arti or a fort to save himself + isn’t it tooooo boring to duel your own faction?

This is the basic idea , people in here can propose on how to improve it and make it more safe for those who are really interest on such event.

since we lost all abyss, i was wondering if there is any coordination at all between the alliance leaders at any given time. i play in a relativly small guild, so i dont qualify to join the leading alliances, but from what i have seen so far, there is next to zero coordination. the alliance i happen to join always had zero leadership, at best you get the command "lets go", mostly you dont even get that. "lets go" usually just leads to instant death because we fly in a full asmo zerg, outspread, w/o any commands to stand and fight or move on. the result is 1 vs 3 pvp at best and plain chaos.

i am not a pvp pro by any means, but i led raids for years in other games, so i know, that coordination and communication is the most important thing. if its not in place already it might be an idea to have a "leader channel" for different alliances. it also might be an idea to have alliances led by trusted leaders and not by person xy, that just screws up and afterwards insults ppl in general chat.

i am aware that these are very simple suggestions. but from what i saw they are not in place or i fail to understand why coordinaton – from just a *soldiers* point of view – is as horrible as it is. asmos seem to get this stuff done, we should too.

I read a comment of some smart Elyos here. And he had a point.

AP instances:
If Asmo’s get enough influence, it means we have enough AP instances to run. It takes 3.5 hours each night to clear all Upper Abyss instances = lots of AP.

Dredgions:
Plus, you can join some Dredgions…
- You come against the few elyos groups that pwn your *** anyway > You get +1500 AP from Dredg (nothing lost here)
- You come against the few elyos groups who were exciting before > You get pwnd, but get +1500 AP from Dredg (okay you lost some AP here because of Elyos PvP buff)
- You come against the few elyos groups who were exciting before > You get lucky, deal with the 15% and win, you get +5000 AP from Dredg (nothing changes here)

Sieges:
Sieges were a good income of AP. But if Elyos don’t show up anymore, they arn’t. They are just boring dull hours of sitting at towers waiting for medals. And yes, I prefer some good battles above that. The 15% more dmg of Elyos, could be compared to increase the Elyos zerg vs Asmo’s with 15%. Not bad, could make a difference, but will it really? I don’t know. All I know is that the Elyos without preparation and without some "hard work" won’t benefit from the 15% during sieges. And if they plan, and fight, then heck they deserve to take a fortress back. If needed we take it back later once they lost the buff.

So, Asmo’s will get a bit less AP from dredgions then before, but benefit from more AP instances and hopefully the Siege PvP won’t die out. We had some fun, tearing down Siel West, but lets just continue and take what we can. Before little Asmo legions are nyerked that they may not take the fort. We won’t be able to control -not taking over siel west- if the Elyos don’t want to defend it.

Would it really be so bad that elyos have the 15%?

I would say, take all we can, and deal with the 15% later. If they take something back they deserve it. Lets stop playing this silly because it might get boring really fast.

PS: If it comes down the the fact that we don’t want to take more Forts to avoid the 15% dmg buff > then I will play along with Feral Order. But I’m just making this topic because I’m personally starting to have an other view on this.

i’ve played Aion the firwt two months but didn’t get that far due to lack of time.

But I decided to start playing again.

Let me tell something about myself:

i’m a 19-year old guy that loves to go out, drink, play games and make **** of with text-based games.
I have 5+ years of experience in PHP (have been workin for the past 1.5 years in a Webdevelopment company as one of the three main programmers with PHP), 1 year experience in C#…

I’m playing one character as an asmodian on the Gorgos-server and it’s lvl 17 I think. (Don’t remember exactly because at this very moment i’m installing Aion again), and i’m actually looking for a legion that is willing to get me as a member.

is there any legion out there interested? :p
