March 2nd, 2010 Wryyy No comments

Dunno about you, but it looks like that to me. Oh and the slogan of the game is "Paradise in the palm of your hand".

Seriously? In my palm?

Brian Knox – Senior Producer

Brian Knox’s MMO career has run the gamut from QA tester to game producer. Today he dedicates himself to bringing Korean games to western markets by employing the highest standards of quality in localization and testing. As Producer of Aion at NCsoft, Knox led the team that published the company’s first true Western title, which became 2009’s largest and most anticipated MMO launch and secured dozens of industry awards and critical accolades.

As Senior Producer at En Masse Entertainment, Knox is responsible for production, project management, localization, and testing for all titles starting with the company’s inaugural MMO project, TERA. As En Masse ramps up, he looks forward to applying his passion and commitment to bringing TERA to the eager western audience. His goal is to put as much time and effort into localization and publishing as the talented team at Bluehole Studio has put into developing TERA.

Why the nyerk they recruited Brian Knox? Western launch of Aion was a complete mess, servers were over-filled, translation wasnt done and some quests didnt even work in different languages than english… (Dark Poeta entrance Q at the Core in german -_-).

Btw, I thought that the Captain is the last one who leaves the sinking ship – oh well….

Gods and Heroes Resurrected

Not sure if any of you remember this game. It was in early closed beta back in 2007 when Perpetual pulled the plug on it to work on STO (then they went bankrupt and sold that off and G&H just sat for 3.5 years). Anyway, looks like it may get to see the light of day after all.

Legion

Ok Synopsis:

Somehow god is bored with mankind and wants to cancel the whole thing. We are told that there was an apocalypse and lots of people are posessed by angels EXCEPT a Diner somewhere in nowhere and random other people. In this exact diner there is some pregnant skank that doesn’t know the father of her child and oh yeah THAT CHILD is needed to be born for the world to be saved she also has a stalker that saves her in the end. That stalker somehow, by saving her from the evil angel renews gods faith in mankind. THE END

Some may say this sounds like i deliberately wrote it to sound stupid, while that may be true its still an exact account of what happened in the 90 minute ordeal.

So after a 4 months break from the MMO game scenes, caused by the shock of how terrible Aion is, I activated my WoW account….

The next new production from KEY studio, unlike the other television series that were adapted from KEY games, this is an original series never before seen. It looks nothing like any of the other KEY series, but I must say that I’m looking forward to this one. It should be awesome because KEY always has good storylines.

Bakemonogatari Englighten Me

Other than Hitagi is an awesome tsundere. What’s so good about it? Watched Hitagi segment, lost interest in Mayoi segment, skimmed through the rest. Not even Miyuki Sawashiro’s Kanbaru could keep me interested. So for anyone who saw the show and thought it was a masterpiece, enlighten me.

Just finished watching TTGL: Lagann-Hen, the movie version of the second half of the series. With badass fights not done in the anime.

Unbe-fu*king-lievable

Holy Jesus Santa Claus

If you’ve seen TTGL but not this version, I promise you it is a must. The last fight with the Anti-Spiral is extremely different. I don’t even want to go into why. It’s… well, mind-blowing.

You will crap rocks.
