Hi to the staff at NCsoft

Londonrain has had some very bad luck and has lost alot of play time more then i think then alot of players, 2 months to get his account back the 1st time it was hacked, and the hacker that hacked it the 1st time got hacked himself. i really do not understand how this could have happend if the account had been locked in the 1st place which it should have been.

Now his account has been hacked again and from the post on this forum his computer is clean, i think right now he should get some help and his account back so he can play. change of his account name and pass and his items given back to him and not have to wait.

I think NCsoft should act on his account asap in order to let this player have some fun in game without the need of waiting days or weeks to hear anything and i hope that NCsoft can see there way in order to help him.

I wanted to ask some things that i think alot of players would like to know who still plays aion.

Right now we have a crafting system that clearly does not work, each player that has put the time in to do crafting and paid alot in the lvling it up is very upset.

For one.

When you craft you do so to make armor weapons etc etc etc.

The problem with this is you paid to get the designs to make items of all lvls. you spent the time doing ground gathering and aether gathering so you can get your items to make any items for what you have a crafting lvl, But there is a little problem as one item is missing from the list.

Ok now lets go get that item yes we are talking about fluxes where do we get them from please tell us do we need to pay out more money on top of making the lvl for the craft yet not to be able to craft them said items as the flux you need is from a lower lvl mob and now that mob dont drop items for the lvl char you are?

There is also the problem that crafting is not worth it well alc is as everyone will always need pots scolls etc. and cooking. but all the other crafts just have no real benifit to the game and this is how ncsoft made it.

Why should we craft when its like this oh when we started the game we did not know the crafting system was like this. if you have a design you are meant to be able to use that design without paying out the little money you have in game to make that said item.

and there is also going to be a fact later in the game play when you dont have low lvls lvling there will be no lower lvl fluxes. or have we got to keep one of our 8 chars to a lower lvl always to be able to go on to a next char and get lower lvl flues, or even buy a next account so we can lvl up to get lower lvl flues.

I no this has been asked many times, but can ncsoft please tell us when this will be fixed. or if they have any plans at all to fix it.

I think alot of players would like to know this. as well as many more things about crafting.

Can anyone tell me if the Aether Gather hat meant to work in the abyss as its not for me and not sure if it is meant to or not.
