When trying to access Help — Ask Question on http://uk.support.ncsoft.com it logs me out all the way.

I try to put my account name and pass into form on uk.aiononline.com to join the forums or manage my character but it keeps saying that my account doesn’t exist. If I’m logged in plaync.com meanwhile and choose "New here? Create an account" It redirects me onto my account page already looged in. I really don’t get what is going on.

When I tried to ask a question on Help link it logs me out.

Tried many-many times. With Opera 10.10 and Chrome and IE8

Please help TT_TT
