Do you think the Elyos will get 20% DMG buff tonight?

I would say… YES.

Place your bets and share your idea’s on what’s going to happen this evening.

Some of my other thoughts:
- Asmo’s will be busy killing 5 Dredgion ships from the outside, no forts will swap.
- Siel Fortresses won’t come vulnerable the next 2 weeks.
- Taka no Dan will capture Krotan.
- Asmo’s will capture Teminon Landing.
- Asmo’s will organize another role playing event inside of Siel West & East, hoping Dux will start dancing too.

I failed in finishing my topic title and to add a poll before I submitted. But failing is only human. We can still type, polls are boring anyway.

I read a comment of some smart Elyos here. And he had a point.

AP instances:
If Asmo’s get enough influence, it means we have enough AP instances to run. It takes 3.5 hours each night to clear all Upper Abyss instances = lots of AP.

Dredgions:
Plus, you can join some Dredgions…
- You come against the few elyos groups that pwn your *** anyway > You get +1500 AP from Dredg (nothing lost here)
- You come against the few elyos groups who were exciting before > You get pwnd, but get +1500 AP from Dredg (okay you lost some AP here because of Elyos PvP buff)
- You come against the few elyos groups who were exciting before > You get lucky, deal with the 15% and win, you get +5000 AP from Dredg (nothing changes here)

Sieges:
Sieges were a good income of AP. But if Elyos don’t show up anymore, they arn’t. They are just boring dull hours of sitting at towers waiting for medals. And yes, I prefer some good battles above that. The 15% more dmg of Elyos, could be compared to increase the Elyos zerg vs Asmo’s with 15%. Not bad, could make a difference, but will it really? I don’t know. All I know is that the Elyos without preparation and without some "hard work" won’t benefit from the 15% during sieges. And if they plan, and fight, then heck they deserve to take a fortress back. If needed we take it back later once they lost the buff.

So, Asmo’s will get a bit less AP from dredgions then before, but benefit from more AP instances and hopefully the Siege PvP won’t die out. We had some fun, tearing down Siel West, but lets just continue and take what we can. Before little Asmo legions are nyerked that they may not take the fort. We won’t be able to control -not taking over siel west- if the Elyos don’t want to defend it.

Would it really be so bad that elyos have the 15%?

I would say, take all we can, and deal with the 15% later. If they take something back they deserve it. Lets stop playing this silly because it might get boring really fast.

PS: If it comes down the the fact that we don’t want to take more Forts to avoid the 15% dmg buff > then I will play along with Feral Order. But I’m just making this topic because I’m personally starting to have an other view on this.

Hi fellow Clerics.

First and for all, I love the Splendor of Purification stigma. Some people aren’t as enthusiastic about this one but wile I’m staking for MR on my gear, it seems that it happens more then enough that in the Dredgion I’m out of the range of the Sorc/SM Group Sleep or Fear Shriek, or that I’m resisting it.

Nothing more successful at that point then casting "Splendor of Purification" on your group to counter that threat. It often results us in killing the Sorc/SM after that so there’s no 2nd round of Group CC interrupting us.

So much for my love of Splendor of Purification… But now I had to say goodbye to this stigma since I went the Noble Energy route and there are only 2 free choices of Stigma’s left then. One of these is obviously taken by "Flash Heal V" so that leaves only 1 spot open for 3 stigma’s that I would like to have:

- Festering Wound > I love it also, it can make you tear down an opponent in Dredgion that gets out healed, but it’s rather situational
- Splendor of Purification > Yeah, it’s useful to have in the Dredgion to counter the fear shriek and aoe sleep.
- Splendor of Recovery > Actually I have to take this since it’s such a powerful Group Heal on 2 seconds cast time… the choice is made…

So, Festering Wound gets out… I can live with it. And Splendor of Purification also gets removed… I would like to have some alternative for it.

Now I wonder if you guys have any success with this, but I have my Fenris gloves with some attack speed on, and the animations of instant spells like "Cure Mind" is a bit faster now.

So, could you be as effective with a Macro to "Cure Mind" all your members (5 since you aren’t feared/treed at the moment ofc.) within the 2 seconds of casting time that it normally takes with "Splendor of Purification". Making that stigma actually obsolete? Or am I missing something here?

What is your most favorite/wanted Fortress (other than Divine ofc.).

I’m all for Asteria, because I like that instance and it’s the nicest Fortress of them all by looks. Other than Asteria, Miren is my 2nd choice. Safe fortress in a rock with instance that give much AP. Krotan instance is about the same but the fortress itself doesn’t feel safe without the rooftop/shield if not vulnerable.

Okay, since over a week now this is getting more and more clear to me. There are so many Elyos at Sieges it seems, but when the Dredgion of 00H opens then it’s almost impossible to enter a Dredgion if you don’t hit one in the first 10 minutes.

It’s been over a week like this now, and yesterday I knew of more than 3 Asmo groups that I had directly contact with, that queue’d for Dredgion and didn’t found an opponent not even after 1 hour of waiting.

What’s up? What’s happening? It’s not like there arn’t any Elyos around. Why is nobody in the Dredgion anymore at 00:30H?

I don’t know if it’s the same at noon 12H but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was.

Okay, to me it’s clear once I get Fenril’s set that I’m going to stack it MR. But I do have some questions about this:

MR = Magic Resist
MA = Magic Accuracy

- Stacked MR on Fenril as high as possible, how much % could I resist of CC & Magic DMG?
- If a Sorc stacks MA on Fenril, will it top the MR on the Cleric and make it useless? How much will it effect the resist rate?
- I heard Sorc’s also have a skill (or Stigma) that increases their MA allot. Is this a common equipped skill that will stop them resisting on us?
- MR helps against CC from Ranger, Templar, Assassin, Sorc and Spiritmaster. Is the Sorc the only one who would consider to stack MA at endgame that could create a threat for a MR Cleric?

Hi all aspiring Cooks from Atreia!

I have a small question to you. I’ll admit I’m just a hobby Cook, I have not really started on any crafting profession and I will only do this Cooking craft to get to lvl 449 as good as possible without too many time and money sinks on my craft.

Because of that I have a few questions for you:
1) Is cooking really the cheapest way to get to lvl 449 through work orders?
2) How long would you estimate the time needed to get to lvl 449 through work oders?
3) How much kinah would you estimate this effort will cost me?

This is all excluding the attempt on the Balaur Heart stuff that you still need to craft for the Fenril quest once you all completed this…

Are there next to that, any other suggestions you would make to maybe make this whole "crafting quest" somewhat less expensive or maybe profitable? I know the 4K DP jelly’s will be useful to me, but I’m also not into gathering actually so I wonder if there’s a profit to be made on these jelly’s or some easy crafting lvl’ups when afk crafting jelly’s or other good stuff that isn’t all that expensive to make.

Feral Order is the official Asmodian legion of the #1 Dutch Aion community at Welkom bij de Nederlandstalige Aion Community! (that’s my website yes). Currently we are ranked nr 11 on Gorgos server.

We haven’t recruited to the public outside of our own forum before because we have have always had people contacting us ingame to join our legion. Our goal was to get people we knew from our Dutch community together and form a tight legion with good atmosphere all around. A fun environment for all our members! As you might know we are as good as FULL, but there are a few more spots for the lucky ones who can join us if they really want so and fit the profile. This because we could use a few more high level Dutch-speaking Clerics in our legion.

- You speak Dutch
- You play a Cleric as class preferred lvl 40+ but 30+ might also be taken into consideration

Not going to say who uses which excuses the most in this topic, but I would like to see some round up of the best excuses used for losing in Siege PvP on Gorgos. I have seen lots of them pass the revenue of which most have been forgotten and some really funny ones. So lets post them over here, nice and clean!

This topic can be used to clean out the excuses in other topics, or to find a good excuse that fits you when you really need one!

- We really didn’t want those Fortresses anyway
- OMG you totally ZERGD us
- You were damn lucky those Fortresses all became vulnerable at the same time
- Our Legions decided you can take it over so we can farm the guards afterwards for AP
- I’m too high level to get drops from the Fortress instances so I don’t care
- The lower Abyss doesn’t matter, why don’t you take some upper Abyss Fortresses
- We refuse to attend to Mass PvP and loose our AP gained with grinding mobs
- We don’t defend because you don’t get cookies (medals) for it
- We don’t defend because you didn’t bother to show up for 10 days on a row

Give us more! I’m sure you are all more than creative to do better.
