Aion Stuff

So i just got to lvl 31 and i have way too many spells. I try to keep my hotbar simple like. 1 to 0 are all my damage spells that go in order but now that i got that wind spell from stigma and inferno and all them i have no idea what my order should b so any ideas?

What NPC do i gotta go to n stuff?

Someone in my legion said that they heard ncsoft is bringing it back, Is this true?

I mean really GameGuard is the stupidest thing ever made. Im from maplestory which uses GameGuard. IT does NOTHING to stop the botters and gold spammers. All it does it annoy honest players. I couldnt even use Google Chrome when Aion had GameGuard.
