Aion Stuff

Pretty much similar exactly to the last poll I made on this forum. I have just personally added ANOTHER 2 "failed" white hearts of magic into my inventory tonight.

Pretty much my stance on the issue is:

-I can definately farm for one and it is still worth it.

-RNG is brutal, and should only be used for the first few. When you start to call yourself a Hot Heart of Magic collector I think it is a bit excessive. (That isn’t even including the multiple complete fails I have gotten).

I believe a system in which you can trade 4 hearts of magic (Which you can very much still fail to even get those) for a hot heart of magic would be a fair system.

-It still encourages players to get a craft to 449.

-Still increases amount of players in the abyss.

-It still promotes an economy around this.

-Even though it needs 4 normal hearts of magic, that is still very much possible to get lucky and crit on your first and dodge the next three.

-Prevents: frustration and over 10 failed attempts (I know a person on my server elyos side who has failed over 10 times and finally got it on his 11th attempt). This is purely the frustration of RNG and the all ending multiple failures, which causes players to inevitably give up this quest/ completely quit the game.

I believe I will be sending this straight to the NCwest team, this is a brutalistic and unfair system. I look towards the NCwest team for a cure and remedy and "westernisation" of this quest in opposition of its current: unfair, seemingly endless, uncapped structure. Players who recieve no reward through attempting things will in return feel likewise -diminishing returns- from the game and are more likely to get frustrated. Working towards a goal like 4 hearts with the possibility of crit-ing one of them to the Hot heart of magic helps end this seemingly endless wall of frustration.

-I believe that a system in which you trade 4 white "Hearts Of Magic" is fair.
-I believe that the system is fine as it is.
-I believe that the system requires a fix, but I believe something else should be done.
